HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER -

You can place your order by clicking on SHOP from any of our web site pages. Once you click on the SHOP icon a new page will open. It is our Store Catalog. This page displays several icons. Each one of them is a picture of an individual item. You can see the individual price and availability at any given time. Clicking on any of them will take you to our store database.

You can verify that you are at the right place by looking at the top of your browser. The correct address for this page is http://billiardsystems.com/shop/. You can also access this page by typing this address into your browser. If you are a new customer please select create an account?. It will open a new page named http://billiardsystems.com/shop/create-account.php. You will see a heading My Account Information. Please insert the required information. (All data input squares marked in red must be completed before you can continue). Once you have completed the required information please select CONTINUE.

(If you are already a customer, please select log yourself in? and insert your E-Mail Address and Password to avoid the process of creating a new account. If you forgot your password, just type your email and we will email you a new one).

A notification will appear letting you know that your account has been created! Press CONTINUE. A new page will open - What's New Here? It displays icons representing available products you can purchase. Clicking on any of the icons will open a new page displaying the product characteristics and price. You can select REVIEWS to see any comments about the product or select ADD TO CART.

A new page will open: What's in My Cart? You can select any of the options. Pressing UPDATE selects the item and places it in your cart. Selecting CONTINUE SHOPPING takes you back to the previous page so you can select another product. You can repeat this steps until you have selected all the products you need. To complete the selection process click on CHECKOUT. A new page will open.

Delivery Information - Here you can change your shipping address (if needed), select your shipping method and add comments about your order. The last choice CONTINUE CHECKOUT PROCEDURE allows you to select the preferred payment method.

Payment Information - This page confirms your delivery and billing address and selects your preferred payment method ( If you prefer to pay with a credit card, this Billing Address must match the address on your credit card records. You must use the same shipping address that is listed for the credit card holder). Insert your Credit Card Number and other pertaining information. For security purposes there is not an space to include your Credit Card Check number as listed in the ipayment option. If you select credit card, you must include your Card Security Code (located at the back of your credit card) on the next Add Comments About Your Order input block).This is a three digit number for Master Card and Visa located at the back of your card. For American Express Card, it is a four digit number located at the front of the card.

When you select Check/Money Order your order will not be processed until we receive a US Bank Account Check or your Money Order.

Your next and best option is to select PayPal as your preferred payment method. You must have a PayPal Account to proceed with this type of payment. Please enter the applicable information and continue the Checkout Procedure. Once the information is confirmed you can finish the transaction.

Your Order will be shipped as soon as you complete your information and your payment is credited to our account .
