BASIC SYSTEMS

The Natural Result Series
Require no previous billiards experience. Their application involves the use of a natural hit with no english. These systems provide the basics for understanding the billiard table and the relationship between systems. They imply the basic comprehension of the game of 3-Cushion Billiard.

Introductory Systems: How to get to the corners (Available in CD/ROM format)
Catalog No. - 3C-BS-101
Course Pre-requisite: None.
Courses Recommended: Stance, Bridge and Body Positioning.

These systems introduce the study of the natural behavior of the cue ball within the Critical, Stable and Merging areas of each system. It offers a variety of applications that lead to position playing and to the combination of systems.
The CD includes two systems to play across the short side of the table. The first one ("Shooting Across the Short side of the Table") has been designed to calculate shots where the cue ball goes from one of the long rails into the opposite long rail and into the immediate corner. It emphasizes the corner and the fourth rail result. The "Variations of the System" emphasizes the application of the Rule of half's (a universal principle that is applicable in all billiard systems) in each of the different sections of the table.
The second system (The Zig Zag System) is used for cross table applications and it is based in the application of the Rule of Eights. It emphasizes the relationship of 1 to 1/8 and reinforces the application of the relationship of the table in all billiard systems.
This work also includes a brief introduction to the "Double Reverse" system and different applications of the above systems to get before or after a specific corner from any position of the cue ball. It is a comprehensive study of the universal principles applied in all billiard systems.

Basic System 2: Shooting Across the Long Side of the Table (Available in CD/ROM format)
Catalog No. - 3C-BS-102
Course Pre-requisite: None.

Courses Recommended: 3C-BS-101/3C-BS-102

Includes the application of the rules and principles introduced in the previous systems when shooting from one of the short rails into the opposite long rail. It is a hands on work on the combination of systems. It is an in depth application of different systems to obtain the first rail hit-point, the second, third and fourth rail result. It explains several systems and how they interact with each other when the target is close to the third or fourth rail return. "The Second Rail System" emphasizes the techniques to find the second rail hit-point when shooting from the long and the short rails of the table. The main feature is provided by the video demonstrations of the different stroking techniques as applied by the best players in the world. The diagramed video demonstrations facilitate the analysis of the numerical values assigned to the diamonds in each of the different systems included. They provide the necessary tools to comprehend the inter-relationship that exist in all billiard systems.
