The following programs are available in CD/ROM format and can also be downloaded to the user's hard drive from our download page. The link is available at the site's main page.
The
Natural Result Series
Require no previous billiards experience. Their application involves
the use of a natural hit with no english. These systems provide
the basics for understanding the billiard table and the relationship
between systems. They imply the basic comprehension of the game
of 3-Cushion Billiard.
Introductory
Systems: How to get to the corners -
Catalog No. - 3C-BS-101
Course Pre-requisite: None.
Courses Recommended: Stance, Bridge and Body Positioning.
This system introduces the study of the natural behavior of the cue
ball within the critical, stable and merging areas of each system.
It offers a variety of applications that lead to position playing
and to the combination of systems.
The
program includes two systems to play across the short side of the
table. The first one ("Shooting Across the Short side of
the Table")
has been designed to calculate shots where the cue ball goes
from one of the long rails into the opposite long rail and into
the immediate corner. It emphasizes the corner and the fourth
rail result. The
"Variations of the System" emphasizes the application
of the Rule of Half's (a universal
principle that is applicable to all billiard systems) in each
of the different sections of the table.
The
second system (The Zig Zag System) is used for cross table applications
and it is based in the application of the Rule of Eights. It
emphasizes the relationship of 1 to 1/8 and reinforces the application
This
work also includes a brief introduction to the "Double Reverse" system
and different applications of the above systems to get before
or after a specific corner from any position of the cue ball.
It is a comprehensive study of the universal principles applied
in all billiard systems.

Basic
Systems 2: Shooting Across the Length of the Table -
Catalog No. - 3C-BS-102
Course Pre-requisite: None.
Courses
Recommended: 3C-BS-101
This program includes
the application of the rules and principles introduced in the
previous systems when shooting from one of the short rails into
the opposite short rail. It is a hands on work on the combination
of systems. It is an in depth application of different systems
to obtain the value of the first rail hit-point and the second, third and fourth
rail result. It explains several systems and how they interact
with each other when the target is close to the third or fourth
rail return.
"The Two Rail Tikkie System" emphasizes the techniques
to find the first rail hit-point to reach a desired point on the second rail, hit the first objective ball, then the third rail and ultimately the second object ball when shooting from the long and
the short rails of the table. The main feature is provided by the
video demonstrations of the different stroking techniques as applied
by the best players in the world. The diagramed video demonstrations
facilitate the analysis of the numerical values assigned to the
diamonds in each of the different systems. They provide
the necessary tools to comprehend the inter-relationship that
exist in all billiard systems.
Basic
System 3: Around the Table Without English -
Catalog No. - 3C-BS-103
Course Pre-requisite: None
Courses Recommended: 3C-BS-101/3C-BS-102/3C
This treaty is the following sequence of the system for plays across the length of the table and it follows the same basic approach. It studies the natural results when shooting around the table from the cue ball positions on the long rail into the adjacent short rail. It is based in hitting the cue ball without english and having a corner and diamond two on the fourth rail as the main references.
Here you are going to get a reference that is mainly used right off the first ball to go around the table emphasizing the fourth and fifth rail returns. If you learned the procedures and rules applied in the basic systems !, II and III, you are going to be able to apply them again in this new system. Nevertheless, you will also learn that this system's approach is focused towards another dimension of the game. According to this statemente, we can say that we refer to the first dimension when we talk about the cue ball traveling across the table, while this new dimension is all about the cue ball traveling around the table. This systems is used for banking and it is mainly used on shots off the outside of the first object ball to go around the table and for shots twice around the table.
This more advanced technique of specifying the diamond value of english is easier to understand once you learn where the english comes from. In this system, you will clearly notice how the cue ball acquires additional rotation (or weight) after reaching the third rail. The natural changes of the cue ball displacement due to the english acquired while going around the table will increase your understanding of the behavior of the cue ball when going across the table. SInce the great majority of systems to play around the table are implemented using either full or running english, this system provides the basic knowledge for a better understanding of those systems that involve the use of english to achieve the desired system results.
There is also a close relationship between this system and those treaties known as "Plus 2 Systems". Even though the Plus 2's are used within another dimension, its rules and principles are closely related to the logic of this system. When applying the variations of the positions within the mergina area, you will find that this sytem merges with the system to play around the table off the inside of the first object ball and the Plus 2 applications. The combination of the returns of the basic systems and the Plus 2 returns lead to the understanding of the universal value of english in all billiard systems..
INTERMEDIATE
SYSTEMS
Require
the mastery of the basic systems. Their application involves the
use of english and the understanding of the relationship between
systems.
Intermediate
System 1: Around the Table With English
Catalog No. - 3C-IN-201
Courses Recommended: All Basic Systems
This treaty follows the same systematic procedures applied in the systems included in the basic systems category. In this compendium we are going to use a reference that is mostly used hitting the inner part of the first objective ball in relation to the first rail, emphasizing the results in the third and fourth rails.
If one has already memorized the rules and procedures appliend in the basic systems, one can then apply them once again in this new phase. However, here you will learn the logic applied to another dimension of the game. According to what was previously said, one can say that when referring to the first dimension, one means the application of the basic programs where the cue ball moves through the width and length of the table. A second dimension of the game is analyzed in the systems to play around the table when the cue ball starts from one of the long rails attacking towards one of the short rails.
This new dimension is about the shots for plays around the table when the cue ball departs from one of the long rails towards the opposite long rail off the inner part of the second ball in relation to the first rail. This means that the arrival to the first rail shall always be towards the long rail located on the same side where the second ball is contacted. Similar to other methods categorized for plays around the table, this system can be used for banks or rails first shots and also for twice around the table shots. In addition, this system is used as the complementary system for plays of double reverse or change of english.
The Maximum Returns - This system is derived from the application of the laws of the variations of this treaty. Its main objective is to establish the results that may be obtained when playing from the main positions of the system using maximum englsih. This systems is also related to the Reverse systems because they are based on the maximum return of reverse english.
The Second Rail System - As it name implies, this system is used to find the value of the second rail hit point. In contrast to the system to find the second rail (Two Rail Tikkie) included in the program for plays across the table, in this system the arrival to the second rail is determined by the expected return in the third rail.
In this sytem the known values are the value of the arrival in the first and third rail. The unknown value is the value of the contact point in the second rail. This program uses the value of the arrival to the third rail to find the point of contact in the second rail. It must be clear that in this system the second rail is always one of the short rails.
